EVENT STRUTURE​

• We send the lead organiser a selection of pictures to choose what their team will paint at the event, or we can choose one for you.

• Events are approximately 3 hours long, aiming for 2 hours of teaching time, plus some warm up fun activities, breaks and time for interacting with others.

• Prices are comprehensive and include all materials (for example - table easel, artists paintbrushes, acrylic paint, 16 x 20 inch canvas, palettes, water cups, and apron use).. 

• Events are for all abilities and teaching is by step by step to ensure all students create their best work!

• Events take place at our studio in Chester

• Minimum of 10 people with a maximum of 25

• drink packages are available to bolt on to any package.

• small mixed buffet lunch

PAYMENT TERMS

• Minimum booking is 10 people

• 50% non-refundable booking fee payable upon confirmation of the event to secure the date.

• Remaining balance due 1 week before event

• VAT not included in pricing
