Home Education Christmas Art course (11yrs-17yrs)
Open to 11-17yr old Home educated students, to come and learn a variety of art skills, from Acrylic painting, Design, to clay sculpting and glazing, all inspired by the holiday season.

About the event
Join us in our home Education Art classes specifically for ages 11-17yrs to learn new skills, art techniques and build on painting and drawing skills.
These classes can be booked as a stand alone Fine Art course, or alternatively booked via the membership option to work towards the Arts Award qualification (Discover / Explore/ Bronze / Silver / Gold!)
Taught by a PGCE, experienced art teacher
Small class sizes (15 maximum)
All lessons can contirbute to the arts award if purchased before hand. Message us to enquire.
For this course we have tailored it for students to learn a variety of skills, from Acrylic painting, Design, to clay sculpting and glazing, all inspired by the holiday season. They will still be logging all their work in their sketchbooks and creating decumented journal of thier course. Our classroom will be festivly decorated too to get their creativity flowing!
Christmas course:
Week 1: 17th November: Painting with acrylic paints / design canvas Week 2: 24th November: Paint a canvas
Week 3: 1st december: Christmas clay sculpting Week 4: 8th December: Paint Christmas cards Week 5: 15th December: Glaze clay sculptures Week 6: 22nd December: Oil pastel piece
Homework may also be supplied.
