Wheel Throwing Experience

Service Description

Interested in trying out the pottery wheel? Join us for our potting wheel experience to get a feel for working with clay and using the wheel. Our expert instructors will guide you through the process and help you create your own unique piece of pottery. During this session, You will learn how to wedge – prepare the clay – as well as centre – secure the clay on the wheel – and throw – pulling up the walls of the clay into a cylinder and form a basic shape, and finally trim it to finish. You will throw multiple pots and can choose one to be glazed and fired, which will be ready to collect within 3-4 weeks. Limited spots are available, so sign up now to reserve your spot!
