Our subscription plan covers art classes provided during term time, spread over the school year. Classes occur once a week, with a total of 39 classes across the year.

3. Payment Structure

  • Cost per Class: Each art class is priced at £12.

  • Total Annual Cost: The total cost for the 39 classes over the year is £468.

  • Monthly Subscription Fee: To make the payments manageable and affordable, the total cost is spread evenly over 12 months. This results in a monthly subscription fee of £39.

4. Explanation of Monthly Payments

  • Cost Calculation: The total annual cost of £468 is divided into 12 equal monthly payments of £39.

  • Holiday Periods: Payments made during school holidays do not cover additional classes; instead, they help distribute the cost evenly across the year. This approach ensures that the monthly fee remains lower and more manageable for families.

  • Term Time: Classes are held once a week during term time, with a total of 39 weeks of classes.

  • Holiday Breaks: No classes are held during school holidays, yet monthly payments continue to ensure the annual cost is evenly spread.

6. Enrollment and Withdrawal

  • Enrollment: By enrolling in our program, you commit to the monthly subscription fee of £39 for the duration of the school year.

  • Withdrawal: If you wish to withdraw your child from the program, please provide one month’s notice. Any fees paid are non-refundable, and withdrawal will be processed from the end of the notice period.

7. Refunds and Cancellations

  • Refund Policy: Due to the nature of our subscription model, we do not offer refunds for missed classes or cancellations. The subscription fee is designed to be spread evenly to accommodate all termly lessons.
