Our art classes are open to students who love art, where we offer a relaxed and creative environment for students to have down time from digital devices and explore a world of art!

Our Watercolour painting course starts in September for 6 weeks of fun, learning and awesome art!

Ages 6-10yrs. Children will be learning Watercolour painting techniques, progressing onto painting a series of landscapes, animals and creating their own set of final pieces ready to exhibit!

£68 for the entire course, includes all materials, use of equipment and certification by Pictura Studios Art school.

Taught by a qualified art teacher.

Course

week1:

Students will learn the fundamentals of Watercolour painting and trial out over 12 different techniques and ways to use watercolours!

Week 2&3:

students will be working on a trio of paintings, learning all about layering, adding texture and depth, and how to work using those techniques from week 1.

They will complete the trio painting in week 3 and be super proud of themselves!

Homework will be to research a personal favourite artist of mine Abby Diamond, to help inspire them into week 4!

Week 4: drawing with sticks, inks, fine liners and watercolours - with Brusho too'

Inspired by Abby Diamond, students will create their

own watercolour studies using and experimenting with different drawing methods, such as sticks and inks to create some different and beautiful work.

Week 5 & 6: students will be creating a mood board of their favourite things and create a design of what they want to work on for a final piece. On Watercolour board using our top quality brushes and watercolour sets they wI'll create something to cherish!

Price includes all materials and tuition. All students need to bring is themselves.
