Tap into your creative side and relax in the beautiful and Picturesque City of Chester! Dive into the world of pottery with our engaging and welcoming Pottery Throwing Experience for Two, tailored for enthusiasts of all skill levels. This hands-on  2 hour session offers a delightful introduction to the art of pottery throwing, guiding you through the process of crafting a pot each that you’ll be thrilled to show off. Complemented by a cosy cup of tea or coffee from our cafe

. 

On arrival you'll be offered a warm cup of tea or coffee and welcomed by our expert potters Laura Hogan or Carla Pownall. Our lessons cater for unto 4 couples so classes are small and provide hands on support from our instructors so you get the best quality teaching.

Following an easy to follow, step by step demonstration, you will hop onto the wheel shared between you both, taking in turns to create your pots.

 

You will be guided step by step to create your piece.  You will then also be able to choose your colours and glaze it whilst on the wheel!

 

After your session, leave your 2 creations (one each) in the capable hands of our craft potters, who will dry your piece and dip into a clear glaze to seal it before heading into the kiln for firing over 24 hours unto 1300 degrees! Your finished piece will be ready for collection in 4-6 weeks.You will be contacted at this point to arrange collection. P&P can be arranged at £7 per item.
